Erin Moore Ruddy is a director of research and insights at Technomic. Her research includes interviewing and surveying foodservice operators, distributors and consumers. Erin also specializes in food policy and nutrition affairs, holding a master’s degree in the topic from Tufts University in Boston. Previously, she worked as a global liquidity analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a senior manager of strategic insights at FoodMinds, a food and nutrition communications agency.
