Luis currently leads marketing intelligence and customer relationship management for Denny's Inc. His job involves making sense of a seemingly limitless amount of data and translating this into business intelligence and recommendations that can impact Denny's strategy in the future. In addition, his team is focused on building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the millions of guests who choose to visit a Denny's every year. Prior to Denny's, Luis had roles in media and digital marketing at Sprint and Walmart. He currently sits on the customer advisory boards of leading companies, such as NinthDecimal, Yext and Technomic, as well as serving as a member of the Association of National Advertisers' Multicultural Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Data and Measurement committees.
